".... THE ABBEY TEAM, who are currently greeting thousands of people each day as they arrive in the north transport are now wearing new navy blue three-quarter gowns. The new audio guide tour launched last summer is proving to be very popular. These are some of the comments received from recent visitors: 'The Audio Tour was outstanding! Best tour of all we have done in Europe.' It was a terrific audio guide to highlight the Abbey.'

Rick Steves, a US newspaper columnist and travel author, wrote: 'The Abbey's steep admission price includes a marvellous, one-hour guided tour with the best designed audio guide I've encountered anywhere in Europe. Taking full advantage of this self-guided tour, the Abbey is well worth the $25 fee.'
